Sales and Refund Policy

This policy covers Odoo modules and related digital products sold by umarca.

Licensing

Each module is licensed for use as described on its product page. Unless stated otherwise, your purchase grants you a licence to use the module; it does not transfer ownership of the source code or its intellectual property.

Delivery

Modules are delivered digitally once payment has been confirmed. Please make sure a module is compatible with your Odoo version and environment before purchasing.

Support

Reasonable installation help and bug fixes are provided for the period stated on the product page. Customisation or work beyond a module's described scope can be quoted separately.

Refunds

Because modules are digital goods delivered immediately, sales are generally final. If a module is materially defective and cannot be made to work as described, contact me within 14 days of purchase and I will work with you on a fix or, at my discretion, a refund.
