Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up most before and after buying a module, or booking implementation work.
Each module doc lists the exact Odoo versions it is built and tested against. Both current modules support 18.0; Foodpanda POS Integration also supports 19.0. If you need a version that is not listed, ask before buying, custom porting is usually possible.
OPL-1 (Odoo Proprietary License) lets you install and use the module on your own Odoo instance(s), the way you would any paid app from the Odoo Apps Store. It does not give you the right to redistribute, resell, or share the source outside your organisation. Odoo publishes the full text on the Apps Store listing for any OPL-1 module.
Download the zip from your Odoo Apps Store purchase page, extract it into your addons path, then go to Apps -> Update Apps List and install it from there. Each module's own doc page has the exact steps and any extra Python dependencies it needs.
Purchases run through the Odoo Apps Store, so refunds follow Odoo's own store policy, not a separate one of mine. If something is broken or not working as documented, contact me first, most issues are a configuration step rather than a refund case, and I would rather fix it than have you ask for your money back.
Within 2 business days, usually sooner. Use the support link on the module's Apps Store listing, or the contact form on this site, either reaches me.
You get the zip file and access to future updates for that major version through the Apps Store. If setup needs FoodPanda credentials, a public URL, or anything else specific to your business, the module's Configuration section walks through it. Reach out if you get stuck, that's what the support window above is for.
